Local Drivers

Our Local Drivers enjoy daily or every-other-night home time, predictable schedules, and the chance to build strong connections with dispatch and customers. This option is perfect for drivers who want the benefits of a steady career without sacrificing family time.

Regional Drivers

Regional opportunities offer a balanced lifestyle with weekly or bi-weekly home time. Regional Drivers cover routes within about 300 miles of their home base, often running drop-and-hook loads. These opportunities provide a steady mix of time on the road and time at home, with the chance to gain experience across different types of equipment.

Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers

OTR Drivers deliver long-haul opportunities of 500 miles or more per trip. These drivers enjoy the adventure of traveling across North America while benefiting from consistent freight partnerships with major global companies, such as Dow, Shell, and Procter & Gamble. Quality Carriers has just launched its first centralized OTR dispatch to support OTR Drivers throughout their travels. With the support of Quality Carriers’ 100+ terminals, our OTR Drivers are never alone on the road.

Affiliate Drivers

Our Affiliate Drivers are part of the Quality Carriers network but drive for independent partner terminals. As an Affiliate Driver, you’ll enjoy the strength and stability of Quality Carriers while working closely with a local team that values your contributions. Benefits and programs vary by location, but drivers can expect steady freight, safety recognition, and opportunities across local, regional, and OTR assignments.
